Real Estate Recommendations - East Melbourne

Hi All.

Has anyone recently sorted a rental house out in the inner east melb area
(Hawthorth/box hill/Canterbury/surrey hills/balwyn/mont albert)

If so can anyone recommend a real estate company as having some difficulty finding contacts there

I'm planning from Auckland NZ at the mo, with a view to move in 3/4 months.

If you look at realestate.com.au and select the suburb/s that you are interested in there is a link to agents on the first page when the suburb you select comes up.

Each house also has an agent linked to it

Realestate is the best place to look for rentals, but please bear in mind that the agents ask that you view the property before putting in an application.

hiya
having just on dec 13th got keys for a house after 3 weeks of trawling through websites booking appointments for viewings and then having viewings (we applied for 1 house before an actual viewing and where told we had to view it before they would consider our application we had planned to )each real estate agent has slightly different way to add up points for eligebilty some have passports as 50 points some as 25 but you need 100 points to be considered as a potential tennant the tenancy forms which each person over 18 has to fill in are quite detailed too
i cant really recommend an agentas i live the opposite side of melbourne and a number of the real estate agents are different but have websites you could check out
