Bush fires

A week late i know but here are some photos of bush fires that nearly had us evacuated from Pacific Pines. I took the photos from my lounge. We could clearly see the firefighters retreating before the fire whilst 2 helicopters were bombing it with water. Only the 10 lanes of the M1 stopped it.
We had three fires in as many days within 2 or three kms of us and two required helicopters

Mind you they have tipped thunder for the next few evenings so lets hope that doesn't start any more

hey brookesy---abit of news for you paul and jo had a baby boy two months ago -- chippy 2 is doing well,and has got heaps of work----they were staying at jo,s mums for a while,but bought a house a while ago---- things are going well for them---- they had a rough time over there-- im glad there happy now. now thats a nice ending---- thanks for the weather report.
