Our reccie in October

I have been doing quite a bit of research today in the Brisbane/GC/sc area. We are going on our reccie in October and only have a week there. We are looking to spend a MAX of $450'000, within commutable distance of a hospital and we need a lively place i.e. live bands, good social life etc.I really need advice as to what is or isn't a "nice" place to live. If you are worried about flack, then please PM your advice.

Areas that we want to look at so far are:

Jimboomba
Beerwah
Coomera
Pacific Pines

Answers on a postcard to Mr luvpants.

JOHN

i think Jimboomba and Beerwah may not be as lively as you would like. Not sure Coomera or pac pines are either but they are much nearer to the liveliness ,pubs & clubs of surfers etc,i would personally drive and drive as its the best way to discover places, hope this helps a bit
