Hi Everyone
Have just joined today, and I'm in need of some advice, looking to live we think at the moment Queensland, my husband is a bricklayer and we have done a online assesment which say we have enough points .Can anyone suggest an agent to use.and what sort of area is nice in the SE of queens.I have 2 kids 8 and 2
I can't recommend any agents through personal experience but there are loads of people on here that will. Go Matilda, Visa Bureau, Thinking Australia. These are all names that come up regularly. I think it's a personal thing. I would call a few up and see if you get that 'feeling'.
I will be going to the Gold Coast with my family once we have our visas. It's brilliant. Loads to do. Both for adults and children. Weather is fab. Humid and really hot for about just two or three months a year.
Some nice areas in my opinion are Robina, Pacific Pines, oh I don't know why I am listing them! Majority of the areas are lovely. Beaches are fab. It's not cheap though. Both house prices and the cost of living is high. In comparison with the UK from what I have experienced. But there is loads of work as it is growing constantly.
Erm.....I'll have a think of other things to say!
