Hi Guys,
Welcome, we visited Caloundra this year really liked it. Visited land for sale in Bell vista,Pelican Waters and Karana Waters (not 100% sure on spelling). Not sure on Redcliffe, but sure someone on this site will be able to help you. OH is a plumber, have u got your visa yet?
Good Luck
Amelia

Hi,
We (myself, hubby and 2 children 6&9) stayed in Caloundra for 3 weeks before heading down to the gold coast (hubby works south side of Brisbane!too far to commute!).Love it love it love it on the sunshine coast. Our friend lives on the Bel Vista development V.nice area you are far enough out to be away from the tourists but close enough to use the all the amenities .We now go there camping.I am sure the work is plentifull as there is alot of development going on there (especially in the Redcliff area).Redcliff is getting very big now with a huge development by stockland, housing, shopping and schools with in the development.Hope this is a bit of a help to you and good luck,We've been here for 7 mths and no regrets but its not easy.
