Hi can't help sorry but just wanted to give this a bump, i have read some threads saying that redcliffe (i think thats right) was quite a good place hopefully someone will correct me.
we had looked at GC first off but hubby said he wouldn't be able to work in the humidity so decided perth, but since reading a few threads saying that carpenters not needed so much in perth and it can get very hot 44+ are once again considering GC and read that property in timber built in QLD so should have more luck there.
hope this helps, Lou.

Hi
Check our Robina, Mudgereeba, Reedy Creek, Varsity Lakes. We went last years on a reccie visit and they all seemed really family friendly. Also, Coomera was nice.

Hi ,
I am exactly the same! We have three children and are hoping to move to the gold coast this year. My husband is over there at the moment sorting out his job, and so far he says its all lovely but especially loves Coomera waters and jacobs well- we desperately want to be near water! Coomera itself seems to have plenty of schools, Hope this helps
Helen x
