where are the best areas to live near brisbane

hi can anyone let me know where are the best places to live near brisbane i have 3 children and one on the way and we are going to start the migration process but unsure of what areas are good and not so good! i do like the sound of the sunshine coast!

I am based on the Northside of Brisbane but I should think somewhere like North Lakes would be a good start. What price range are you looking at?

we are going to Brisbane too, also have three kids.

We have relatives who are living in Roachdale and Redcliffe so have been looking somwhere in between the two, I really fancy Eden's landing (purely as I lost a little one and we called her Eden so it would feel like she is still with us, although thats probably not a good thing to base where you are going to live on!!!!) Also looked at Waterford and Logan, but not too sure, you cant really gage much from real estate pics can you?

One set of rellies are in the Uk at the moment and when they visit we are going to pour over the maps and see what they think of different areas.

Will up date when I have more info of the aunt and uncle!!!
