Does anyone have any feelings about what the suburbs of the above are like? Just after some information to do some research on before we decide where to go? We have a 4 year old daughter as well.
Your help would be appreciated.

Hi Mary, i have worked in and around woodridge and i would say i left the uk because of areas like it. The other 2 are nicer, i have a friend in Shailer Park which is also nice. Dale

woodridge is a dump.. stay clear it's not nice.. worked there for about 7 years and saw everything you can imagine! springwood is over the freeway.. so if you stay on 'that' side of the freeway you'll be fine.. we used to lock the car doors when we drove over the freeway bridge from springwood into woodridge.. that should tell you something about the area! there are much nicer areas though.. we are about to arrive (friday) in Wishart.. those areas, mt gravatt, macgregor, roberson, wishart, mackenzie, holland park are all nice safe family friendly areas.. i have a 3 year old and a 7 month old and there are heaps of childcare centers all walking distance in wishart.. i used to live in springwood for a long time and from memory you have to drive pretty much everywhere.

Edens landing looks ok,seems to be some nice houses although there are a few retriement villages around there.Waterford in my opinion is better than woodridge(but thats not hard, lol),has a good curry house, lol, and still reasonable on property prices,Loganlea isnt too bad either and not a million miles form waterford.
