We are moving out of our rental in Parkwood at the end of March. Four double bedrooms, (one downstairs), two bathrooms, one en suite and downstairs toilet. Double garage, good size gardens and a decent pool-maintained by a professional, paid by the owner. TV Telephone, ADSL installed in most rooms. Quiet spot but great access to M1, (45 mins to Brisbane), 15 mins to Surfers. Rent $410 per week.
Raine & Horne manage the let, which are very difficult to find in this area, and are spot on with any repairs or maintenance that is needed.

If you aren't bothered what area you are in, there's one opposite us, in Runaway Lagoons, Coombabah. Don't know the price though, and I'm sure no pool, (I've not got one either ) but does look pretty big. There's a board up, private rental- if you want me to get the number, let us know- on my own with kids at mo, or would go and find out now! It can be a bit of a pain to find a house, I know!

The rental has gone. The agent was overwhelmed with responses and wish they had put the rent up-they reckon they could have asked $500 per month because it had a pool!
