sponsership

hi there anybody know how you go about getting a sponsership form a company is itbest to know them personally!! my partner is a bricklayer and has been for 10years and he was wondering how he would get sponsership or if anyone knows anyone looking for bricklayers ??? cheers xx

try contacting a few local builders in the area that you are going. We sent off cv's and a company rang us and offered us sponsorship and we were here in less than 6 months. We didn't know the company OH works for but its all worked out really well. He is in the civil engineering business so we are unable to help with regards to building works. But loads of building going on in the South West of Australia and Perth area.

Why do you need sponsorship????
If your hubby has been a brickie for 10 years then i assume he is around 30?
Why cant you go on a permanent visa from the off?
Is he time served ?
If so then he doesnt need a sponsor
If not then you will find it hard getting a sponsor

he started bricklaying at 16 he been qualified ofr 8 years so he 26 !!! just looking at all the options really cos i really want to come so does other half but waiting for him to do something about is like waiting for christmas so i will do it all my self !i wat a better life for my baby before he grows up and realises what a crap holeof a country we live in (sorry if that offends anyone just my opinion)x

if hes got papers proving hes a brickie then speak to a registered migration agent,
i would think that you would get a 175 visa on his skills ,first thing to do is get skills assessed then it makes life easier
there is a few agents who post on here and im sure they will correct me if im wrong
but contact them and they will tell you exactly how you stand to begin with

ok thanks for the help ! if he gets a skilled visa will me and our son get on that visa we can prove our relationship but not sure which visa we will go on as we have tried t contact several agents for the visa but to no success

sorry but i dont understand what you mean when u say youve tried to contact several agents about the visa but no success.
Do you mean u havnt spoken to one or youve been told you wont qualify?
also if he started at 16 and been qualified for 8 years and is 26 that makes for a 2 year apprenticeship which doesnt exist,perhaps a bit more information would help one of the agents on here and they could be able to help you more than i can
