I know you can feed dolphins at tangalooma - not sure about swimming with them.

We have just come back from the Ian Dipple Lagoon at Labrador and saw some dolphins swimming in the sea, was amazing to watch them Sorry don't know where you can actually swim with them though.

....

Sorry not sure about QLD, but you can in Adelaide with Temptation Sailing. It is pot luck though as you go out on the boat and you go in the sea and hold onto a rope, the dolphins come and swim beside you, you dont actually hold onto them but you may get lucky for them to come close enough to touch.

Lovely sight to see them in their natural habitat

When we were in Brisbane 3 years ago ago we booked to go on a dolphin seeing trip from Redcliffe but due to weather conditions this was cancelled so we set off to the beach being harty brits and was rewarded when several dolphins swam into the beach waters with there young my children were so excited the eldest stood in the sea and the dolphins swam around him for over 10 minutes. If you go to Redcliffe council website I think details are on there. The Boat trips run from the jetty on a daily basis

Hope this helps

Try Tin Can Bay, near the fraser island coast. You can get in the water with the 2 resident dolphins and you can feed them all for free. I was told if you get down there early then you could swim with them as they come into the boat ramp every day. It pretty cool, i went there about a month ago

anyone watch the programme a couple of weeks ago about the bottlenose dolphins !! you see, you think they are all friendly and cute with those big smiles but really they are evil creatures who kill their own babies !!

Killer dolphins baffle marine experts - Telegraph

hi

yes you can swim with dolphins at sea world, which isnt far from surfers or southport.

We went to sea world 4 years ago fantastic day out, when we arrived there was a board telling people how many places they had available for that day to swim with the dolphins, we went early am and there was only one place left, we weren't disappointed as weve done it in florida, difference is we paid £800 for 4 of us to do there, the prices in OZ were a fraction of that cant remember for certain but less than £50.00.

If you want to do this then its recommended you book in advance, well worthit.
