Where have you been hiding? How are things going for you? Only yesterday Gail (gail69)was asking if you had been on the forum,,,,,Logan dosnt carry a great reputation ,property is normally a little cheaper reflecting this.It seems to have a higher rate of crime than other areas ,only a few month ago an estate agent was shot in an argument over rent,it also has alot of coloured foreigners and young mums ,it is classed as an under privlideged area.Logan,Kingston,Woodridge,Marsden and Creastmead are all similar.Depending on your trade Logan could be good for work,,its got lots of shops and the Slacks Creek side is quite industrial.Personally i wouldnt move my family there.
Logan village is a different story and seems a lovely place to be,Loganlea is also a bit better than Logan itself but i havnt spent much time there so dont know the ins and outs.
please dont think im racist or prejudice to young mums as im not ,i was warned off these areas when enquiring from in the Uk and on seeing them can understand why, hope this helps you a little.ive tried to be honest!!lol

p.s ,,have a look at Boronia Heights,Hillcrest ,Regents park they are a bit nicer for familys. If you can afford it look at Greenbank or Park ridge but they can get pricey.

the rule of thumb is stay on the east side of the pacific motorway and you'll be right. Shailer Park, Daisy Hill, Cornubia are all nice suburbs.
