Met some new arrivals to Oz....

Hi all

Just wanted to let you all know I met some PIO new arrivals on Friday for lunch and we had a good chat about jobs, house,cars etc etc..... anyhow we got on well and I spent the day today showing them the Northern suburbs of Brisbane and looking at a few car yards.
It's really refreshing to see a couple of new arrivals so excited at the propect of living in this great country.

This site is fantastic...keep up the good work everyone with help and advice...it works!:)

We 2 met Susie and Chris - another PIO couple when they were out in Feb for a reccie! Its great to meet new people!

family and I are in Albion ( inner North ) I work for Suncorp and OH works for CBA.

I was telling my dad last weekend about everyone helping each other and he said about time! There was no such thing when we first came here in 1971!

Small world, but big company so chances of you knowing him are prob slim!

You never know!! I have worked in 5 different departments over the last 10 years!
