Hi.....Forest lake is a nice place, lots of trees and a lake with walks around...friendly place...nice little shopping centre where you can get bits and bobs you need also a small market there on sundays.
easy access into Brisbane and out to Ipswich also close to the motorway to link to highway to the gold coast....Hope that helps:D

The aussies call forest lakes little britain and it 'apparantly' isnt in one of the better areas of brisbane,looked ok when we had a drive round although abit squashed in and too similar to uk style estates,hope this helps
