Gold Courses on the Sunshine Coast

Where are the Golf courses and how good are they?????

Hyatt - Coolum, superb course, home of Australian PGA.
Pelican Waters - Greg Norman designed course.
Twin Waters -
Mount Coolum -
Horton Park - Maroochydore
Headland - Buderim
Nambour (very hilly)
Beerwah -
Noosa Springs - (and think Noosa Valley - possibly another in Noosa)
Perigian Springs - (private?)
Coloundra -

Three top ones are the best, most expensive about $100 buck each per round, others probably not as good but about $30/$40 bucks per round.

Not a Golfer myself, just asked my hubbie the question and this was his answer.

Don't be surprised to see Kangeroos on the course, last time he played he was sure one on the green was not impressed with his putting.:biggrin:

Dont know about golf courses on the Gold coast Hays ......................... but theres a brilliant Pitch & Put here in Hastings!!! Put it on your list of things to do before you go..................

no i dont play golf!!! tried once, made some great holes in the grass and lost several balls.
Mark and Connor play, they go off most weekends around the local course.

Hi Hays,

When you get out there spread the word. My husband is fanatical golfer, plays off 1. We`re possibly going to the gold coast and no doubt location of good golf course will end up as big issue !!
