Smile Temp Accommodation in Brisbane

Hi to all:)

Just wanting to know if anyone has any details about temporary accomodation - houses, resorts etc for a family with two kiddies age 7 and 1. In Brisbane - but looking really for somewhere for a base for a couple of weeks while we sort out a rental house to live in, so not right in the city, I have tried to get some temp accom with Brisbane Bound but unfortunatley they are all booked up - which is a shame as it seemed perfect!!

Any info would be very helful - Thanks!

Scarletfever will become famous soon enough
Have you had a look at these 2? Don't know if they're what you're looking for, but its worth a look.

There are quite alot of caravan parks around but most have chalets on ,some also have a pool etc to keep the kiddies occupied ,when are you looking at arriving ?

Hello I am from Bridgend! We are just back from a look at Brissy and stayed in Fortitude Valley at the Skyline Court apartments on Bowen Rd. Almost brand new with all mod cons and pool. Think they are trying to really attract cusotmers as their rates were very good too, A$130 pn for a 2 bed apartment for 5 of us.
Also try Taringa Gardens in Taringa, they have good rates and well positioned for getting to things and places. More pace here I think with bbq area etc

Smile Moving in May

Hi and thanks for all the info on accommodation, we are hoping to be in Brisbane in mid May via Hong Kong (couple of nights hol) and Cairns (Few more nights with family) so just trying to get Brisbane accom sorted asap. Has anyone been able to rent privately by the way as we are hoping to do so?

Thanks
