Information on Nambour please

Hi,

My OH is hoping to start studying in Nambour (Queensland) July next year and I would like to know if anyone has any been there or could recommend any areas around it to rent a house? also whether there are any good schools in this area (Daughter will be 14 Son will be 11)?

Don,t know much about Nambour,but have a look at my heading ,Maroochydore and Mooloolaba in the Talk about Queensland forum.Nambour is just inland a bit from these 2 towns all roughly the same area of the Sunshine Coast.Also have a look at the website for the local newspaper,has links for houses ,jobs etc.www.sunshinecoastdaily.com.au.If all goes to plan we hope to go to this area in July,my wife hopes to do hairdressing at college.I'am the one who gave you the details on the college for the bricklaying course,hope it was of help.
