Cleveland

Hello
Is there anyone out there living in Cleveland? We have yet to come and look at the suburbs - planned for June - generally but I keep reading of the Bay and it seems very popular. From just reading about it it sounds ideal as it is commutable yet is also on the water.
Any tips/ideas/pointers would be gratefully received.
Thanks
Alison

Hi Alison
I live in Wellington Point which is 5 minutes at the most by car from Cleveland, you have picked a great spot. Raby Bay is in Cleveland and one of the nicest suburbs, with canal properties and ocean views to a lot of the properties. Cleveland also has older areas, which are considerably cheaper to buy houses or units. I have just started a business brisbanefirstconnections.com.au to help people who are moving to the Redlands area, visit our website we have lots of useful information about the area. We looked all around the Brisbane area before deciding on the Redlands, it really is like living in paradise... Good luck. If we can be of help in any way let us know.
