I don't know much - but my brother who has been in Oz for 16 or so years is thinking of buying in North Lakes. He said it's lovely.

Hi sorry for the late reply...North Lakes is a new community and is very very nice....big houses and new shopping centre wich is already being expanded and loads of activities.BBQ area,bike run swimming pool ect.

Lots of kids and the new school is both a primary and secondary so they will never need to change schools.

House prices are rising fast in the area and getting rental propertys can sometimes be an nightmare.

Although I dont live there I a few of my friends do and they are all from the UK so dont be suprised if your neighbours are all english.
