Its not far behind anywere other than in population ,many people have moved to this area over the last 12mth ,many more are expected hence all the building ,Jimboomba has 2 primarys if you include Flagstone ,1 high school (flagstone),4 child care,2 doctors ,many estate agents ,woolys and soon coles,and the many smaller shops consist of ,video,hardware,fruit,butchers,clothes,chemist ,the list goes on ,its a little further from the city so 5yrs ago people didnt want to move out here but with the growth of other areas ,the development has spread down making it a pretty good investment area if you can buy in the next few month ,hope this helps
