Football on telly

Can anyone tell me ....are premiership matches on the telly in QLD? Do you need satellite etc....?

Unfortunatley, you will need satellite or cable for the footie.

and dont forget the time difference. My bf is sat watching footie at 2-3 in morning when theres a match he wants to watch on. Foxtel/Austar is your best bet though.

Hi Paulhug,
You can watch alot of the matches on sbs which you do not need satelltie/foxtel sbs is normal tv, we watched the champions league here thursday morning (5am) and also watched the F A cup last saturday night at midnight.

We haven't got foxtel but hubbie watches a few matches on SBS but they don't show that many, so if you are a bit footie fan you will need to get Foxtel.

Hi there mrs TinB, been reading the posts only really and addicted to those blinking games but getting no where !!!! im good thanks just a little cold at nights and early mornings, hope you are ok. Yep love the english footie cant get to grip with the aussie soccer.
Must start replying to a few more posts and get back into it. Havent even got all the answers for the may quiz yet.

Hi Gizmo, we are good as well, suffering from the same cold nights and early mornings. But loving the mild autumn days, which make me feel like summer in the UK (sorry to those still in the UK). I watched one OZ football game and gave up after 15 mins. I know LC likes to watch it; well I suppose that explains everything really. Hope you get the answers to your quiz soon.
