I am only at the very start of the process..... in fact I just sent my first lot of forms off to the agent today.

It could be a very long process but hopefully we will be accepted.

In my mind, I would like to live near brisbane (no more than an hour away) but by the sea. Not sure where but the sunshine coast is calling me.

Not sure where cleveland is. I will have to look up on the map.

It sounds like you are enjoying it.... any regrets?

Well just so you have an idea of Brisbane as a City you have the north of the river or the south, this is split by the river but there is a toll road from one side to the other, so if you work on the north its better to live there as the travel can take you ages. The sunshine coast is around 1h30minutes away from the city so quite a trek, most people live on the south.

So you know cleveland is 40 minutes away from the city and has a direct train route to the city which takes 1 hour as stops at all the stations. There are alot of new areas here and building is the best option if you want to get what you want. We are a bike ride away (5 minutes ) from raby bay which has some small sandy beachs with free BBqs and parks. There is a big marina to if you want to have a boat. There are alot of British here in Cleveland as one of the nicest places i have ever lived in my life!!

If you wanna email direct feel free mjg30aus@yahoo.com.au
