Eight Mile Plains - Brisbane

Hi Agin Folks,

Im hopfully moving to Brisbane in August/ September 2006. My new office is located in Eight Mile Plains , just south west of Brisbane.

Can anyone tell me about the area and offer me any advice on which area i should be looking to live in near there - Sunny Bank keeps coming up with cheaper homes so i guess that means it must be a bad area..?

Anywher within a 30 min comute should be ok, but i dont even know how far away that is!

Thanks
