Visa Arrived just house to sell!!!

Recieved our visa on 12th Dec Santa came early. So now the house has to go first before we can. Still looking to Brisbane after our October holiday there. Can any one advise us on useful websites on moving, whats on the job front, housing suburbs. Picked some very useful sites off here but the more the merrier.
