Brisbane Bayside / Redlands

If you are looking at moving to Brisbane Bayside / Redlands area, then feel free to ask me about it.

I've lived here for three years, and although it may not suit everyone, I think it's a great place.

It's 2 hours south of Sunshine Coast, 1 hour north of the Gold Coast, and 1 hour East of Brisbane CBD.

We have a few small beaches suitable for pre-teens, no surf, rips etc.

Good schools, with some excellent Private ones at reasonable fees. Up to about $6,000 per year. Lower priced ones at about $3,000 py.

If you are looking for short term "furnished" accommodation in the area, ideal for SE Brisbane, have a look at http://www.destinationbrisbane.com.au/

They quote "Fully Furnished, self contained, three or four bedroom houses in the East of Brisbane area with an airport Meet & Greet facility available if required'

I've seen one of the houses myself, and it certainly beats a motel room, and it's cheaper :)

Very good for the first few weeks, while looking for a more permanant place.
