I am applying for a regional 475 as I need the 5 extra visa points. Secondary School teacher but short on visa points due to age. My sister lives in Brisbane so I do not want to be too far away.

We have settled on applying for the 4560 area - Nambour on the Sunshine Coast because qld gov said I had to pick one area only

Qld gov want me to send them evidence of research into that area regarding jobs, lifestyle, schools, real estate, etc etc.

I have put together a mini essay but I am wondering how long it should be; and how much evidence do I need??
Anyone know?
