      Ashmore, QLD

A friend suggested having a look at rentals in Ashmore and when checking out realestate.com.au I noticed that you seem to be getting more value for money. We are hoping to move early next year and would love to settle in the Robina area, ie we are just in the early stages of our research yet. Any opinions on Ashmore? Is it cheaper because it's not so nice? We're a family of five with two school aged children. Thank you! Mel

Hi Ashmore is more or less in the hub if the Gold Coast, there is also alot of industrial works around there. It would be a great place to stay for your first few weeks due to its location but IMO Robina is much nicer for family living.

Have you thought of booking a few weeks in Ashmore Palms Holiday Village,a stay of 4 weeks plus in an intrin cabin works out petty reasonable cost wise. Lots of familys have stayed there whilst they explore and find a 6 mth rental, its a fab place with very helpful staff and an ideal location for seeing the Gold Coast.
