whitsunday island !!

Once me and my partner make are way up the east coast we will be stopping at airlie beach, where thinking of visiting one of the 74 islands.

Can anyone recommend any? A must maybe?

Oh wow your spoilt for choice!! Daydream, south mole, lindeman, hayman and hamilton, whitehave beach... The list goes on. There is an information centre in airlie beach where you can pick up leaflets or ask advice. Enjoynyour stay, im slightly jealous ;)

Whitehaven beach is beautiful and a must see! I'm sure you can do a cruise of the 74 islands. It's an amazing experience.

Well, one can see about 25 of the islands from our beaut beach.

Bob - you are so lucky to be living there. These islands are beautiful and I cannot wait until I move to Mackay to be with my family- another year probably - then I can visit the Whitsundays.

Here you go, the piece of land left back is Cape Conway.



But you can't see that from Mackay as it faces east.

I've always liked the look of daydream island and magnetic island? not sure if that is part of the whitsundays tho. Whitehaven beach is nice!
