Hi, I would like to know if anyone knows the cost of building a house in Tas?
Is it worthy to buy a land and build oor to buy a house is expensive enough?
Any builders in tas to give an idea?

There is a bonus to building a house I think that you only pay stamp duty on the land, if you buy an established house you pay stamp duty on the lot - which is much more than the UK. There are also kit homes over there so you can buy the land and buy a kit home and get a builder to build it. I think that builders and tradesmen are in short supply though so I couldnt advise on that.
