my husband is a chef, i believe in Tas is easier to get a job when you know already someone to recommend you, at least that is what I was told by a resident and elder of a church in Tas. Tas is small and everybody knows each other, so your work. Would be a good idead to meet up people with the same interests as you who are already in Tas and keep in touch , they will help you to be known in the comunity.
