1. 25 minutes to Bryon Bay,
2. Country and Sea in the one area
3. People are down to earth and friendly

1. Fantastic Water, Island, Harbour and Hills views;

2. Fantastic Wildlife: Wallaby's, potaroos, wattle birds, marsh harriers, wedge tailed eagles, flocks of honey eaters, & gold finches, blackbirds, sparrows & starlings.... all in my front/back yard, I mean garden;

3. No yellow lines - double or single!

1) 10 minutes to the beach, 25 minutes to the rainforests, 45 minutes to the city, 5 minutes (probably less) to the train station, 10 minutes to Fountain Gate (equivalent to Trafford Centre, well kind of)
2) Good schools
3) Property prices rising and area being in demand.
