reccie 2009 will now be 2010!!!!

hi everyone

Well, we had scrimped and saved for our reccie trip to brisbane early next year, we were on the verge of booking it, that was until EVERYTHING and i mean EVERYTHING went wrong with our house :-

windows leaking, front door leaking, which means the living room carpet needs replacing because its absolutely wet through!!!!, burst pipes ,leaking kitchen ceiling, broken washing machine....do i need to go on????? so all that lovely holiday money has disappeared down the drain i am so annoyed, why does that always happen? as soon as you have any spare money something goes wrong!!!!!

Don't get me wrong, we have insurance, but they won't pay for everything, apparently we need a new front door and they won't fork out for that because 'its a maintenance issue'!!!!!!how much bad luck can two people have???????!!!!!!!

Sometimes when stuff like that happens to me, I look into it a bit deeply and wonder if there is a reason for it? Perhaps it's going to be better for you to wait until the following year? Or perhaps you are worried deep down and this gives you a reason to put it off...Or perhaps I should have stopped at one glass of wine tonight!!! LOL
