Smile House Sold!!!
Finally its sold (stc of course). We have accepted an offer of 10k less than the reduced asking price 20k off origional price. The couple are 1st time buyers with mortgage in place so we felt it was worth the drop to have an easy (if it exists) sale. My EA worked really well to get them to increase their 1st offer by 7k. So for everyone still out there trying to sell there is light at the end of the tunnel, we have had 3 viewings in 4 months then 3 in 1 week so hopefully things are improving.

Congratulations on the sale. Hope it all goes well.

We too have accepted an offer on our house on Monday. I am keeping everthing crossed it goes through. They also have nothing to sell.
I think the market may be picking up. We have had loads of viewings in the last 2-3 weeks.
