Good Luck everyone on their house sales.

Ours is still going through and I am sorry but can't get excited till the contracts are exchanged as anyone can pull out up to that stage and we had that happen a few months ago so hopefully this one goes through. Everyone wants a moving date of 17th October so watch this space.
We have signed our contracts and are awaiting the 3 people in chain underneath us to do the same then we have to sign the money agreement then exchange so would be good if that was by end of next week.

Good Luck and hope things are looking up on the house front for all of you
