See Oz without leaving home - with Google Street View

Tried it today (here) and it's amazing. You can even read the signs in the shop windows. Would be a good tool for prospective migrants who want to check out the housing!

We spent ages on it last night. We were looking at houses on Real Estate and then went for a walk down the street and had a look at what the houses were over looking on the google map. We even did a virtual walk down to the beach!

Hi Denise - Wow I have just checked this out - I think it will be a late night for us to night when OH comes home - I can see us playing with this for hours!!!

We are looking @ rentals at the moment & you can get a much better feel for a house when you can "wander" all around it !!!

This would be great - however, there are only certain streets available to view and none of them are in the areas I wanted to nosy at

Im with ya sadsmile ,my street isnt blue either,lol, the main street onto the estate is and thats it! wonder how long till we can see more?
