Property sales WA.

Hi everyone,

I was just reading the WA news page.. thewest.com.au..

Apparently property sales in WA have slumped to the lowest level in a decade.

So to everyone, like ourselves, who have struggled selling their house in UK.

It is a global problem. ...... I still think we're making the right move though.

Cheers Jay.

Hi,

Yeh your right they are too expensive and for a first time buyer totally out of reach!
Exactly same here in UK...........I think when the first time buyer has his nose pushed out, it affects the whole chain.

Jay.

Hi Malx,

Yeh them shared equity schemes look good. We'll probably be looking at either that or renting for the first six months or so.

Hi Jay
Dont know yr financial situation but in our experience they will need 6 months pay slips etc unless you have a wedge to put down. We are rentin got 9 weeks left on contract landlord put houseon market goin to see if we can get out and try another rent till we get the pr thing
