We had viewers this morning, real live actual viewers ................................
and she came back with her hubby tonight, they spent ages going round the house, asked lots of questions.........................
and they do not need a morgage, are in rented accomodation and can buy our house without having to tie it in with thier rental agreement
sounds far too good to be true...........................
just waiting to see what they say and what sort of offer they come up with if they do want our house
