Thanks Mark and Ginny - ha your news sunk in yet? I can't believe how quick your visa came through. I think we have jumped the queue somehow cos according to beupdate.co .uk they are still on mid december. It is a great feeling but feeling sorry for those who haven't got theirs yet

You have nothing to feel bad about!!!!!! Lucky you!!! Get off and celebrate and enjoy the feeling! We all will when we get our visa's - just lucky you for getting them now. OK the waiting massive are jealous - but that is just human nature! Nobody begrudges you your chance (or at least most of us don't).

We are also on a 175. Just trying to work out how we can go without selling the house and not sure if it is financially viable - going ring the building society tomorrow and see if we can change our mortgage - longer term, more money etc! Don't think I can wait for the housing market to pick up!

Let us know how you get on Tracy - we're hopefully going to sit with it a while (unless we start going mad!!) Has only been on market 4 wks and we've been away 2 of them so will just see how it goes. Saying that we had a no show tonight!!!
