Hi All, It's not the programme if that is what you are all thinking of, but it is my house and I like others am trying to sell it.

Now I know there are a few people on here coming back from Australia, and maybe a few of you on here that knows of someone that would like to live in this lovely semi-rural location , which has the advantage of having an Indian Restaurant , Chinese Restaurant and a nice pub and wine bar !! I can see the Aussie expats now being tempted with the English Pubs and the Curry

Hi Goticqueen, I know what your saying but recently on here there are alot of people that are coming back and you never know !! Hey they may even want a house exchange LOL

Thats a cracking house and would be worth much more over here....whats going on back in the UK a house like that should sell easy for that money

Hi Earlswood, Apparently the banks are afraid to lend at the moment and the media are saying that things can only get worse. Had lunch with a friend of mine today and she works for National Westminster Bank and she said that the bank are taking advantage of other places not lending and are happy to lend but not the 100% mortgages anymore or the 5 times the salaries !

If you come back you can buy my house or we can do a swap lol
