Bar of Turkish Delight!!!
Three cards; my four year old wrote his name in his, and three kisses which he then gave me, my three year old daughter drew a picture of me and her, and two more kisses, and my 18 month old son scribbled on his card for me.
Very happy; and they are taking me out to lunch soon, although my kids are quite adamant it will be McDonalds! It's the thought though..

Kids not up yet (or OH for that matter), My 8 year old is very excited as he has made me a card at school and 3 gifts - I know one of them is soap, which will be blue and smell of lavender - he couldn't keep that secret - not sure what the other two things will be. My daughter has got me some silky PJ's - it's not that she couldn't keep the secret - she went through the next check out to me in the shop lol.
I think we may be having barbecue brunch - but not sure. Hubby collected our study furniture yesterday which feels like a pressie 'cos we ordered it weeks ago but had to wait as it was made/shipped in Melbourne- so not I'm busy sorting and it's another room which is almost complete.

I am having the best mothers day EVER! Holly made me some lovely stuff at school, including a 'my mum' fact sheet where she says my age is 15 and my fave tv is minnie mouse!! Luckily she put my fave drink as water lol!!
She bought me a lovely necklace and earrings from the mothers day stall at school & had made me a handbag frame with a pic of us inside!! Also nice homemade cards. Sam made me a card at daycare and I was given some slippers and cuddly pj's.
Oh yeah, also a wii and wii fitness (but it is our wedding anniversary today too!) Off for mothers day lucnh at Australia zoo at the moment, where we get free flowers, chocolates and a massage apparently!!
HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO EVERYONE!

Pressie update: - Tom up but Alex still in bed, so Tom decided that I could have the soap as I already knew about that. My soap arrived home in one piece - actually it's 7 pieces - 4 mini circle shapes and 3 mini dolphins - looks very nice, but the teacher could have done a little better with the presentation they're in a zippy food bag lol

Have just had the best mothers day, with all of my boys together in the same country, under the same roof!!
They have bought me a new bike........as requested by me.....some lovely flowers and a bottle of wine.
I wanted to cook today as Mornington will be full of day trippers so we have just had a big roast with all the trimmings and sat around the table talking for the past hour. The boys are now clearing up with music blaring out and lots of arguing and banter going on!!
All in all a perfect day.
Lesley

Hi all
Well, I got a very gorgeous silver ring with a green stone in it, a little plastic cup filled with sweets and (beat this) a knitted soap holder in the shape of a red poodle which my 9 yr old daughter bought me from her school. It was the best pressie 'cause it just made me smile-I didn't even know you could get KNITTED soap holders!!! Hope you all are having a lovely mums day-I'm now on my 3rd glass of chardonnay so I am having a lovely time obviously!
