I think we are going to have to drop by 10K to get any sort of interest and offers, really finding it hard to drop the price, I keep telling myself that at least we have made money, even with a 10K drop we should still realise over 100K which is not a bad return.

I've got a Dining Room as well.............. we had a viewing today and the lady loved the house but she said, it's no good as she hasn't even sold hers yet.............. then why is she viewing property if she doesn't want to buy yet AAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!
So Frustrating.............. and we have dropped 10k after only 4 weeks on the market.
