We have had a decent offer on our house !
Only 3 people around in 2 months, first lot put in a really silly low offer, second people time wasters, third put in a low offer but have upped it to just under what we wanted so we are going to accept.
Fingers and everything crossed it goes through and fingers crossed we get our visa !!!
Good luck to everyone else selling, I think market starting to pick up as a few people on here have sold recently.

Well done, we dropped the price on our house and had 3 views in a week. Two offers.
Hopefully it all goes through, but i think your'e right, the market may be picking up a bit. I've noticed quite a few SOLD signs popping up around our way.
