our house has been up for sale for only 2 weeks. its on all the usual websites. here's one of the links;

no interest so far
there is 1 other house for sale in our road which is 20k less however their garden is 65ft and internal layout different with smaller extension. Also we put house up for that price to be within 1st 2 pages when search for on the websites.
however with all that said we will lower price if no sniffs over the next 2 weeks.
our issue is that we must validate by 8th nov 08 and want to do this via *one way tickets". (dont want to rent it either)
