Ant remedies required please!!!!

Hi all
Wierd one this I know but we have a house ant problem! Little blighters are on our kitchen units in the morning when we get up and whilst I know they are not harmful I am fed up with them! Does anyone have any 'natural' remedies or soloutions to deter them.

I put down some ant-rid ant baits to get rid of mine. Though the pest man reckoned they don't work.

It did though kill all of them and then a few weeks later millions came to the funeral.

It seems I have them back under control again though now. I haven't seen any ant for weeks now.

ErmintrudeMcMoo will become famous soon enough
Follow them back to the nest and then pour a few kettles of boiling water over it.

I was told to use Peppermint essentail oil, follow the trail to where they come in and put a few drop there, it's supposed to keep them away for weeks. Haven't tried it thou, ours were outside, I can vouch for Mortein Outdoor Ant Sand.
