We had an offer on our house today. Surprisingly lower than the asking price.

I almost stood my ground, but crumbled and excepted.

Now i'm feeling both gutted and happy.I've put so much work into the house.I know it's just a house but...well i don't know.

I hope the visa comes before we complete. But then what's another worry, we've had so many the past year.

Oh well, i suppose it's another step closer.

Congratulations Darren, We are starting to panic about ours .Its been on the market since Nov but nothing. Well done for selling yours

We'd already dropped the price. But just had to sell before the market got worse. we're building a house over there and need the money now to start. There goes my boat i was gonna buy. Fishing off the pier for me then. But i'm having the swimming pool even if i dig by myself with a shovel!!

Congratulations Mel & Darren, was it a big drop? (if you don't mind me asking) but never mind when you get that visa in a few weeks, without having a co your be jumping all the way to the airport.........
