Early bedtimes?

Hi all
Does anyone else go to bed ridiculously early. We are in bed by about 9pm weeknights as oh has a job which requires him to get up at 4.45am. He was a total night-owl in the UK, but now he's yawning at 8pm!

Bloody hell you wimps fancy going to bed at that time.LOL

I manage till 9.30 then its up stairs in bed then next minute you know the alarm clock goes off come to the conclusion that time goes faster when you are asleep lol.

Hubby does, as has to be up early, but me and the kids don't ! I put the kids in bed between 8-9pm, and go to bed myself about 11pm. Then, the kids get me up between 8 and half past, brilliant! When they start kindy etc, will have to try and get into the same routine as all of you though

Hi
Glad its not just us then. I was begining to think I'd got some sort of sleeping sickness-lol. Whats really annoying though is now when oh has a day off we can't seem to lie in or stay up much later! In our last few weeks in the UK we stayed up all night on more than one occasion saying 'farewell' to friends, if they asked me to do it now I just couldn't cope!!!!

I sometimes have to fly upto Mackay for work and dont get home untill 8.30 - 9.00pm and the place looks deserted, most houses have all lights out, dimly lit streets (lovely view of the stars though(yawn)) It honestly makes me depressed . Its like having SAD all year round and is one of the reasons i'm outa here.

We were ok when we first got here, been here 5 months now and it only seems that we have been so tired since daylight saving ended.
