Went to Outback Jacks (Helensvale) the other night, and NOT impressed! As it's a chain, some restaurants will be better than others, but the menu was limited, and not great value for money I thought. Was expecting at least a kangaroo or emu dish, with it being authentic Ausie! Plus, why do none of the kids meals come with salad or veggies? All they ever get given to then is chips and nuggets/sausage/fish fingers! Maybe it's where we are going thats wrong. Will have to try Sizzler!

Jo sizzler has loads of salads and healthy stuff and because the kids can help themselves they tend to try things more,the drinks machines are also self serve.its keeping the kids sat down long enough that can be the problem ,get a table near the servery!!lol
