Just when I thought the housing market was dead, a chap came to view last Monday, and made us an offer there and then! Can't quite believe it, I've been really cautious about it all week, just in case he was all talk (anyone who's selling their house will know what I mean), anyway, it looks like it's all going ahead and he wants to be in in 6 weeks!
Looks like we'll have plenty to keep us busy for the next few weeks,

The house has been on the market since last August, we've dropped £20,000 off the original asking price. I think it's indicative of the market in this part of the country at the moment, prices do seem to have fallen, but it may have been a little overvalued at the start as well,

JUST FINISHED WATCHING THE TONIGHT PROGRAM....AND THINGS ARE GOING TO GET WORSE THEY SAY........HOPE THEY ARE OFF THE MARK AND ITS GOOD TO HEAR PEOPLE STILL HAVING OFFERS OUT OF THE BLUE.
We have the estate agent coming around this week and are going to try and go with another agent at the same time and reduce the price again!!
People are saying that prices are dropping in WA so it may even itself out.................we hope!!
