Wondered if any one had noticed if the market is starting to pick up??
We've been on market for 9 weeks had 1 viewing several weeks ago, and 2 this week!!
First one this week was an elderly couple and i soon as opened the door i knew they wouldn't buy it!! There feed back was we dont like the sub-station at the back of the property!!
Which i truely don't understand, its all fenced off seperately at the corner of our garden. I've never thought about it being there...would you???
And yesterday our viewers with a bank full of cash waiting to be spent...said it was too BIG!!
. Oh come on!!
