Let's just hope that this family have more manners than the last one.

Appointment booked in for 5.30 tomorrow (Friday)

I won't hold my breath, they are coming down from London, and their house is SOLD so they might actually be serious!

Mr C has a job interview tomorrow morning! Bless......... it is only temp until we go to Oz to do a favour for a friend as they are desperate for a Site Supervisor. The interview is just a formality, so he should start soon.

Anyway just thought I'd keep you all updated. The live and times of the Croydon family.lol

It must be the day for viewings, we have a last minute one for tonight. Not holding out much hope as they haven't even got theirs on the market yet.

But you never know they might know someone else who is also looking and sold theirs already.

We have another on Tuesday a first time buyer.

I've got one too!

a viewer that is, 10:30

the agent said something like 'they a have nothing to sell so we are going to get them through the door' whatever that means, she did not sound very enthusiastic

just been round the house flicking the duster etc really can't be ar**d I have got to the stage where they either like it or they don't and if they like it a little bit of dust will not put them off
